SUTTON PARK DRIVERS GET FIRST GLIMPSE OF KOLEOS

Ursula and Francesca Jordan (pictured) from Southam were among selected guests invited to a special driving event at Ragley Hall at the weekend.

Sutton Park, as well as other Renault dealerships in the area invited local motorists to spend a day driving Renault cars starting from the beautiful Lancelot “Capability” Brown-landscaped gardens of Ragley Hall.

Francesca, aged 21, and Ursula, aged 14, and their mum Gill were among the first people in the UK to see Renault’s brand new Koleos 4x4 crossover which was on display at the event ahead of its official UK launch in July.

As well as seeing it in the flesh, she also put the Twingo, Clio, Mégane, Mégane Coupé-Cabriolet and Modus to the test.

She said: “I didn’t drive the Koleos, but would have love to in the future. We had a really good day as we’d had never been to an event like this before. Ursula was also telling me what to drive and we’re already looking forward to next year’s ride and drive event.

Guests also got to experience a display of Renault’s safety projects and then have their pictures taken alongside the ING Renault F1 Team Formula One racecar which proved particularly popular for guests of all ages.  Children were invited to listen to stories in the “Tales from the Glovebox” story-telling corner, while a Clio simulator gave youngsters who were too young to take to the road the chance to put their driving skills to the test.
