RENAULT LAUNCHES FIRST EVER 4X4 AT SUTTON PARK
Sutton Park is pleased to launch the Koleos, Renault’s first-ever 4x4 crossover which made its debut at
the Geneva Motor Show earlier this year.
Going on sale in July, the Koleos is designed to deliver the same standard of comfort and practicality
found in a hatchback with the genuine off-road ability making it ideal for those who enjoy cycling,
boating or who own a caravan and enjoy getting away from it all at weekends.
Its design focuses on versatility, offering the same reassuring drive in and about town, on open roads
and motorways as well as off the beaten track. Inside, the cabin gets a split centre console with an
upper digital display, which will show satellite navigation information on top-spec models.
The driver has outstanding visibility thanks to the low-mounted dashboard, while a split-open
tailgate allows for simple loading of sport and camping equipment or whatever you need to transport.
Inside, the Koleos features a host of luxuries including a dual-zone climate control, super-fold rear
seat system and a Bose sound system making it perfect for long journeys especially with young children as passengers.
Standard equipment includes such innovations and equipment as a key card entry system and air conditioning.
The Koleos has impressive boot space of 450 litres expanding to 1,380 litres when the rear seats are folded.
Practicality is enhanced by a folding front passenger chair and a split tailgate, the lower section of
which can support up to 200kg.
There’s also Hill Descent Control and a Hill Start Assist function.
Koleos will be available in the UK with two types of diesel engines; the latest generation 2.0 dCi,
150hp or 175hp. A 4 x 2 version of the Koleos is also available.
Mark Yarwood Operations Director from Sutton Park said: “The Koleos is ideal for active families and individuals
who like to get away at weekends and need plenty of space for transporting sports or camping equipment.”
