| SUTTON PARK JETSET REACH CUSTOMER SERVICE CHALLENGE FINAL |

A team of service staff from Coventry Renault dealer Sutton Park has picked up an award after being named runner-up in an annual competition.
The Renault Customer Service Challenge aims to find the dealership offering the highest quality standards of customer service via continual assessments through the year, culminating in a dealer quiz which took place just before Christmas.
The assessments are based on customer satisfaction surveys and mystery shops to the service department at the Shultern Lane dealership. Of 160 Renault dealers entered into the competition, 20 made it to the final which took the form of an online interactive quiz final.
In a nail-biting showdown, TC Autos in Northern Ireland pipped the other finalists at the post, with Sutton Park’s Coventry team, called "The Jetsetters", collecting the prize for second place. Aftersales manager Roy Downing said, “We’re thrilled with the team’s achievements as we’ve come out as one of the top Renault dealers in the country. I’d like to thank all the members of the team for their enthusiasm and hard work."
